Marley is committed to supporting overall health and well-being, with a focus on translating evidence-based nutrition into clear, practical strategies for everyday life. She also works part-time as a fitness instructor, reflecting her interest in helping people live active and healthy lifestyles.
Originally from Halifax, Marley maintains a strong connection to Nova Scotia’s South Shore and spends time in Petite Rivière, where she values the region’s community and environment.
