Ingredients (Makes 30 Balls)
- 300g sunflower seeds
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- 100g cashews
- 50g coconut flakes
- 20g sprouted broccoli powder
- 100g dates (pitted)
- 20ml coconut oil
- 100ml plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond)
How to Make Them
Step 1 Add all ingredients except the plant milk to a blender.
Step 2 Blend for about 20 seconds until the mixture comes together. Don’t over-blend—keep a little texture!
Step 3 Roll into 25g balls and coat them in a mix of coconut flour and sprouted broccoli powder.
Step 4 Store in an airtight container. Keeps for 1 week in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
